First off i would like to say that living here feels like your being ripped off. I still live here and i have to wait till my lease is over and i dont signfor the year because i dont want to stay here. There is one lady thats a little overweight and she is dow right mean and rude. She is very nice when you sign the lease but then forget it. you ask a question she gives a snappy remark back. thats why i dont speak to her. Anyways i pay 1095 here and its too high. I say this because there is old cabinets that leave wood dust from opening and closing them or i mean the drawers not the cabinets. I asked for them to spray for insects and they say they did i didnt see considering i had a black spider crawling on my face. Ive been bit by bugs and my little girl was bit by a spyder on her leg. I dont have any animals. tenants have the right to vacumm any time they want even at 2am. Grounds they are the best and probably the friendliest bunch of people that work. Security i dont see much here and there and they are not friendly. The plugs for the sockets were bad i had to get them to replace them. Tenants upstairs sweap there trash down to my patio. Hey if you like old and like to pay high go right ahead. there is no storage here either. so if you have alot you better sell it because that cabinet you see is the water heater and you cant fit alot in there. any questions you can email me at k33m0o@yahoo.com
