This apt. complex is old and outdated, insects and noise are two of the many concerns here! If you value safety don't live here! Cars are vandalized, storage compartments are not safe and your mail is at risk. Don't ever allow packages to be delivered and left in front of your door. People can enter the building easily, beware and be careful! Electrical problems and leaks are also of concern, what do expect in an old facility. If you don't enjoy traffic and ambulances at all times of the day and night you would not be comfortable here. Management is not consistent nor able to keep up with all the concerns of the tenants!

I went there to look at an apartment and I couldn't get in the building unless the manager let me in.

I have lived here since january 08 and so far i do not have much to complain about. I have never seen a car vandalized, even the ones parked on the street. I left a set of chairs and a table in the back of my pickup truck overnight (hoping they would get stolen) and they were still there for me to take to goodwill the next morning. If car noises and ambulances were your concern, why would you move in to begin with? did you not tour the building before moving in? The apt building is next to a busy street..... duh. I have lived in 6 different apartments in the last 5 years, and this one is by far the best.
