I have lived at the Kimberly Apartments since January of 2008. I can say for certain that this place is the best apt building I have lived in. The price to square foot ratio is unmatched here in Redlands. The building is well maintained for how old it is, and the managment is quite accomodating. I rarely hear or see the other residents. And I really like the fact that the entrance to each apartment is within the building. This keeps much of the foot traffic away from apartment fronts. My only complaint has nothing to do with Kimberly Apartments, but rather the apartment complex next door: the residents next door to us are constantly parking in our open parking area and using our dumpsters. This makes it difficult sometimes when the dumpster you normally use is full so you have to walk to the other side of the parking lot to dump your garbage. Overall A
