Don't let the Luxury Apartments sign out front put you off, a quick trip around the grounds will confirm that the property more closely resembles a trailer park. Security: This 'secure' building may require a code to enter the front door, but you can always find a door around the corner that is propped open or has a broken lock. Vandalism and theft have been ongoing problems, yet no steps have been taken to improve the situation.
Location: The close proximity to a supermarket makes it convenient for the regular dumpster divers you'll see going through your trash as you head off to work. The grounds are also decorated with shopping carts, particularly at the first of the month.
Entertainment: On one side of the building, residents have front row seats and free admission to the drag races on Redlands Blvd. On the other side of the building, the manager's husband provides the entertainment with his frequent outbursts.
Sparkling Pool: The pool has been closed by the County more than once, with no explanation from Management. The poolside fountain has had nothing but sludge in it for the last few years.
Maintenace: Response to requests is slow, work is shoddy.
Management: Manager does her best to remain unaware of any issues. If you report a problem to her, she will do her best to deny there is an actual problem, or that she is in any way responsible for resolving it.

So, you don't have much good to say about this place. Yet you continued living there for 7 YEARS!!!! Maybe you are just a malcontent. There are dozens more apartment complexes in and around Redlands.
And by the way, the managers husbands "outbursts" are due to the stroke he had years back. Way to be objective.

I'm perfectly content, thank you. I found a beautiful complex with professional staff for a much better price close by. I was stuck at the Kimberly for several years because my options were limited at the time. The quality of life deteriorated considerably during my stay.
When the only intelligible words a stroke victim has regained after several years are expeltives, that speaks to his character, not his condition.
