well lets start off about the good things.The price is great for a townhouse, and u get a cute lil back yard.Thats it for the bad things. well one, when the yard men come to do the yards its like there misson to get everycar in the lot dirrty.they blow the dirt towards the cars so every wensday expect to see everyone washing there cars.2nd the manager is rude, she is never in her office ever, yet she lives directly across from it.ive lived here a year and i have only seen her in her office maybe 3 or 4 times.Bad thing is too they use the laundry card instead of coins and when u want to do ur laundry shes not in there so she can put money on your card.so if your lucky enough to catch her in her office put like $50 on your card. the laundry room is extremly small (5 washers/5dryers.)and one last thing they always leave notes on your door telling you that they are going to be doing work on the complex and they tell you cant be here and ur car must move in between this time and please be home at this time.but not once have they came threw with something.

this review is crap and the manager and her husband work very hard and special couple who cares about the property and the people. if you read all the reviews you will see that,1 negative means 1 bad apple

This review had to have come from someone who is a problem renter as i have never met a manager who will charge your laundy card at 10pm at night if needed like ours does. She works very hard and so does her husband. I have been here for 8 years..... no intentions of leaving.

Some people just like to complain and this is obviously the website for that. It's hard to find a decent review. Most of them are from disgruntled residents.
