I am writing about the management in 2004 - I had put in a maintenance requests when I had some problems in my apartment (including leak etc). Everytime I had a maintenance request, it took them weeks, even to find out from me about what the problem was and to Begin fixing the problem (though the claim to have the maintenance work done in "24-48 hours" ) ! Why do they charge such a high rent with such poor maintenance, NO washer dryer, when other apartments nearby have better maintenance'
