when u call the maintance guy for any repair, it is not important how emergent it is, make sure you will wait 2-3 days.
people are hanging their clothes on the fence around the pool to dry them.
the people in the rent office are kind.
although dogs are not allowed , many times i wake up cause of the barkings.
cats are all around ( they are allowed ).
plumbings are very very old, my bathroom was clogged two times so i cantt use the bathroom for 2 days and the maintance guy came after 3 days. i had a problem with bahtroom door, it was not closing, the maintance guy scrubbed the paint to fix it. ( i dont know if they will deduct this from the deposit )
there is lots kids playing and making noise.
