Never heard that using the clubhouse should pay money

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
The office always close and hard to find the manager or staff in day time. The most ridiculous thing is they charge you $60 for 4hrs if you want to use the club house (public service) for resident. Moreover, lots of roaches everywhere inside or outside of apartment. Will move out soon.
