A lot of cars are been broken into in a regular basis. I am waiting for my lease to expire to move. The manager does what she can, but still we have been having this problem on a regular basis. Apartments are very old and there are always leaks, therefore the water is been turned off on a regular basis, which is an inconvenience for us as renters. The water preassure is very low and when I have placed a work request, it takes more than two weeks for the problem to get resolve. If you place the work order on the weekend forget it will never get done,since the girl in charge of this shift doesn't take care of business and is very rude and arrogant. I currently work at ESRI and moved to this community, due to the proximity to my work, in reality there are better apartments than this one.
