Pinewood is a very old property with 35 years, you can not expect much. On the other hand is infested with roaches, they are everywere, specially at night, it is disgusting and unhealthy. Literally the property is falling apart. The management focuses on painting and hiding the real issues, wich are the ones that you can not see, but you will experience after moving in. Christine, manager and Amy Duncan assitant are stupid and un professional. No wonder all the old residents are flying away!! What a shame. The new commers are loud, we can see the property going down. The laundry rooms are always dirty, Chrisitne, manager goes to work like she has not taken a shower, with sandals and when you come into the office, you will find her and Amy always having personal phone calls and with their feet on top of the desk. Christine, always blames on the former resident for all of her work, which in fact when she goes to work she having personal phone calls, if she comes to work. A very serious issue is the asbestos. When you move in they give you a form to sign disclousing not having an asbestos report. Since the property was built in 1972, of course it has asbestos!! Very dangerous for your health. If there is a leak, example, maintenance comes and just patches the problem instead of addressing the professional way and which is worse, they don't follow the OSHA regulations. Stay away from this place is not worth it in any way!!!!!!! ESRI staff don't use Pinewood as your first resource, just because is around the office. Believe me you will pay the price in the long run....
