Outrageous!!!

This property is very old, full of roaches and thermites. At night it's like you are in a horror movie, that's the amount of roaches that come out. The inside of the apartments are infested too. The type of people that Christine and Amy are renting to, make a lot of noise and when you brought this to their attention, they ignore you and give you a bad actitude. Christine is not helpfull at all, she always blames the former manager for her load of work, even when the other lady has been gone for a while already. How unprofessional.

Amy is always rude to the residents and is a bubble head, she became an office fixture. Horroble actitude towards the residents. A resident was complainting about something to Amy, when that person left , Amy said, that person will not get their maintenance request done!

Unfortunately I witnessed when Ezequiel Bustos, Maintenance Regional for Southern California Region, stated going to tell Pinewood Owner's the $6000.00 gap for wood replacement in 2008 it was due to an increse in the material, which in fact they were stealling from the owner's. Reaserching a little bit more, I found out that the owner of the wood replace company is Ezequiel's childhood friend. Come and figure out, why he got that proyect and imagine, how many other projects he is in charge of and how many owner's he is stilling from. I also found out that Deana O'Brian,ConAm (management company)vice president, ordered a change from 35% to 75% for the Water, Sewer and Trash, resident charge, without a proper 30 day notice in the change of terms, stated under the lease agreement. Consulting with an attorney, I also found out that the lease agreement in place is ambiguous.Every month the bill keeps on rising and when we let the office staf know, when a sprinkler is broken, it take forever to fix it. I can imagine, because they are not the ones, who pay the bill. They should reduce the irrigation system, since we are paying for it too!

Karen Thaler, property supervisor harrases her staff and misstreats them, using derrogatory comments towards them. She, brought one of her former managers to work for her, what for' It is the easy way to steal.

The laundry rooms are always dirty and they are the community public facilities, since people that do not live at Pinewood are always doing laundry here. Making harder for the residents to do their own. The pool and tennis court is another public area, this is very anoying, we are paying and management don't do anything about it, speacially on the weekends.

Speaking with the neighbors, they were happy until new management took over. The majority of us are flying out of this place as soon as our lease expires.

Before you make the decision of renting here, reaserch. ESRI employees have a discount, don't get fulled by it. You will be dealing with this type of croocks and more.... Besides, there are plenty of better properties out there, you are worth more!!
