Pinewood is very old, we are always experiencing leaks everywere. Ex: Restroom sink, kitchen sink, bathtubs, you name it. Not mentioning slab leaks, is when your apt. gets flooded due to very old piping and you have to live like that for a couple of days! The bathtubs are cracking too! this means not been able to take a shower for days! Management, Christine and Amy are a joke, Christine is protected by Karen Thaler, property supervisor, since they know each other for a while. So no matter how much you complain, they will never replace her, unless they replace the supervisor... There has been several apts broken into this year, cars broken into and residents selling illegal substances at the property. Not to mention having a sex offender, not reported as a resident, scarry. The resident satisfaction survey is coming soon, use it to make your opinion count. Make sure Christine and Amy don't charge you anything cash,I requested a receipt and they said it was OK, later I was charge again and since they did not gave me a receipt in the first place, I had to pay twice...
They have specials for the people that are moving in and the people that are renewing, are paying more, how ridiculous.
Every time I go to the office which is very rare to request something, Christine and Amy have a very bad actitud. They should replace them both, previous rating is right since Stephanie left things have change dramatically and the property is a horroble place to live. I am glad my lease is expiring at the end of October to move out....
