My husband and I have been living here for over 2 years now, after moving from an awful complex. We were pleased with the many aspects of the apartment community. While there are a few downsides, they are not much different from those in any apartment complex. Here are MY pros and cons:

Pros: Price is great for all you get; private washer/dryer was what ultimately sold me on this place; grounds are fairly maintained; other tenants are friendly; complex is in convenient location near stores; gym, tennis and racquetball courts and pools are great bonuses; not having a gas bill to pay is nice; parking is decent; maintenance staff are quick to fix things.

Cons: Due to recent large dog approvals there is an abundance of feces all over grounds; Noise from surrounding neighbors is constant; entry gates are almost always broken and stuck open for anyone to enter; noticeable termite infestation.

I have to add that I feel this complex is safer than many I have lived in and feels more private than other communities. I think my biggest complaint would be the NOISE! I can hear people talking upstairs and next door, so you can imagine how thin the walls must be. Also, my bedroom window is right next to 2 AC units and the noise wakes me in the middle of the night. It has been a HUGE problem! Well, until I find a better community, this is a comfortable and decent place to live.
