There is possibly one and I mean one person that works at Redlands Lawn and Tennis that is honest and curtious. If you have no choice but to move here or are somehow already on a lease- GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING, EVERYTHING. They will fight you for every penny and often go back on their word.
