DONT LIVE HERE The apartments are very old. Very noisy with lots of screaming kids. Don't put anything in your storage above your parking space, as the locks will be cut and your stuff will be gone. Management sucks ever since Stephanie was let go. Infested with big water bugs and crickets.

Best bang for your buck! Can't beat it! If you live in Redlands and want an abundance of things to do this is the place. Tennis, pools, racquetball, gym.
Great maintenance that is quick, its older but they do handle things promptly.
