I would rent an apartment here with no problems. The building may need paint but after reading the reviews posted by the tenants that previously wrote these crazy comments, I would worry that they would be a serious impediment to my own happiness. In small apartment buildings everyone is crowded. This building is an older building so the apartments are large but there will always be repair and maintenance issues. I would live there again.

As a former tenant, I can attest that the "crazy comments" posted in previous reviews reflect the crazy reality of living there. It is possible that this was not the case in 2003-2004, but I can assure you it is no longer a good place to be. It has nothing to do with apartment living, as I have lived in apartments since 1996 and this is the first place about which I'd ever post such harsh comments.
