decent place to live, genuinely pleasant inside, nothing special outside - This apartment is in a heavily populated residential area of RWC near 101/Marsh. There are a ton of apartments and houses around here, and the crime level is higher than other areas, definitely higher than Menlo Park or downtown RWC, but probably lower than EPA.
