Forget about getting anything repaired - I totally agree with what the others have said. Since the building was built in 1930, it's got some old wiring and lighting fixtures. You can expect these to be a bit flakey but if they totally go out, you'll be living in the dark for quite awhile. Crap - This place is an hellhole. The police role by every 5 minutes. Gang members circle the area. The place looks trashy and uncivilized. Drugs and alcohol are everywhere.
