This apartment complex is located at 910 clinton street and is individually owned. The manager lives on site in this 18 unit rental. He is lame at best. The owners are less concerned with your well being than with taking care of their units. Recently, with each coming available apartment, they are remodeling each unit which is really great. Too bad the floors and ceilings in this unit don't allow you to NOT hear every step, every word, every, everything from the units above or below you. Needless to say, the walls and floors are very thin. Basically mostly Mexican neighbors and not quiet at all. I would only recommend this unit if you are not able to afford the going rate.
