If you're a drug dealer, you probably would like to live here(Lot's of activity).
If you like to come home to your parking space being taken, you would probably like it too! If you like waking up and plunging your toilet, sink, and tub, you will love it here. Management has a baby, and set hours, and does not like to be awaken for anything! Dont bother calling them for help on anything! You will get yelled at! Walls are thin, drug activity is apparent, (which the mngr is apparently associated with), oh and you'll need to cover your kitchen & bathroom drain at nite so the roaches dont crawl out of them and invade. Silverfish also seem to be a BIG problem. You'll find them in your bed, rug, and outside on the patio deck. Oh, and when it's summer, there is no air conditioning, so it gets EXTREMELY hot! Winter is EXTREMELY cold! My PG&E was $146.00 for a one bedroom in January! I am leaving as soon as my lease is up! I am already looking for something else, don't make the same mistake I did...look before you lease, and talk to people that may be your future neighbors, before you sign!
