Just signed a lease for a 2 bedroom here. The management and staff are very personable and professional. Couldn?t get over how incredibly clean this property is. Landscape is well groomed. Complex has 24 hr on-site security, 7-days-a-week full maintenance staff, reserved parking spaces, secure parking and secure building entry (hopefully it keeps those door-to-door folks away !) . Lots of trees, plants, and flowers in the court yards and on the exterior of buildings. The application process took just 10 min to complete. Property manager was happy to provided a large scale drawing of apartment for pre-move planning. I?ve never been this pleased or impressed with the initial contact of any apartment management/sales team. If you want a quiet, clean, secure, and very limited public access apartment (and you are willing to pay for it as prices are a tad on the high side) then this is the place for you.

The 24 hour security is a joke they are NEVER there I lived there for almost two years. My next door neihbors were a couple of young men living in a one bedroom, they were always having sex and had loud music you can hear it all, we call the so called security and got an answering service, some old guy said his son and him ran the company and that they were onsite at another client and would be there in an hour or so. Onsite security my a$$. and lets not go there about the fire alarms, have fun.
