We've lived here a couple of months and we've had no problems. The staff has been great and quick to respond to the minor problems we've had. We love the convenience of being near downtown Redwood City and all the things we can walk to now. The facilities and the grounds are great. We don't hear the neighbors at all.

We are not particularly near the train tracks or El Camino, but you can get noise from either.
