Highway Robbery!

I have never felt the need to comment on any of the apartment complexes I have lived at, but I feel that people should be warned about this place before they sign a lease at this place.
While I lived there, the garage doors were frequently left open because they constantly broke. At one stretch, the garage doors were left open for about a month because no one bothered to fix them.
Some of the security gates around the premises have also been left unlocked because the locks simply didn't work.
And for one reason or another, the fire alarm goes off every few months in the middle of the night just for the hell of it.
There's also the incredibly thin walls and floors along with the constant sound of trains.
But what really tops it all off is the amount of money they charge you when you finally move out. Let's just say that you can probably count on paying for a complete apartment cleaning (regardless of how clean your place is), a full carpet cleaning, AND at least a partial painting of the place.
I will NEVER again live at an Irvine Apartment community.
