This place is awful. In the course of 2 weeks during the summer of 2005 my cars were broken into 3 times in the "secure" garage. The management was AWFUL -- basically, a "too bad" attitude. It was sweet that one of the maintenance guys was trying to stage a stakeout to catch the person (who probably lived in the building since the garage was locked). We tried to break our lease without forfeiting our security deposit, due to these ridiculously unsafe conditions, and management was unhelpful. (They eventually gave us half, but still). Our unit was nice. Living in Redwood City sucks -- why would anyone want to live there' For the same exorbitant cost you could live in Palo Alto. We tried to convince ourselves that living next to a Safeway and Starbucks somehow makes it better, but it really doesnt. This was the worst renting experience of my life.

My car was broken into in the supposedly secure garage. The security patrol is a joke and virtually non existant. Pipe leak onto your car and ruin the paint
