There was a pretty bad storm on New Year's Eve and our power was out all day. It was cold and miserable. I paid my rent the following Monday and the staff was saying how some of them live here, too, and that they had to go through the same experience. Everyone on here complains so much, but the office staff has delivered packages to my apartment on days that I couldn't make it in before they closed, they helped me find a better parking spot in the garage, and everyone is willing to drop everything when I stop in or call. It's too bad that other people have had such horrible experiences, but do they have to be so mean' I couldn't imagine anyone in the office being rude to another person.
