I liked my apartment, but that was about it. The sucurity never worked, it is in the middle of te bario and every person between 8 and 30 who wants to be in a gang hangs out at the pool, our water heater leaked gas and management didn't care, our door leaked water when it rained and management ried to fix it three times, our balcony door couldn't close because the building is shifting and crewed up the frame. While I was there, there were two stabbings and a shooting. This place looks fantastic, shows well, but is a nightmare. It's subsidised housing and the that is the main clientele. There were constant fights in the hallways and multiple families crammed into various rooms. Had to move out because I was afraid of getting into the middle of some pimp / ----- fight in the hallway. Steer clear of this place.
