I love how everything is so close by. I have searched all over the southern peninsula area and I found Franklin Street to the best. Its not perfect but things are getting alot better.

If this is the best place to life in RW it's a sad day. Redwood City is on the whole a very ghetto place to live with lots and lots of skeeezy people randomly walking around ... being downtown (and I live at the F#C*)*#& Street Apts so I am witness)it is primed to be directly assaulted by the worst of the worst when it comes to random vagrants walking around, drag racing, yelling radom stuff at all hours.... in many other Bay Area towns being right down town would be a great feature but in Redwood City it is NOT. Yes they can build lots of wonderful facades and new stores but they can't remove the ghetto a** drunks and vagrants that fill this town. Just spend 10 minutes at the Safeway across the street and you will have had enough to decide to move to another town and PLEASE stay away from this HORRID apartment complex. Don't be swayed by the lovely exterrior because that's truly all it is.
