I have lived at the Franklin Street Apartments since 2002, when they opened. And I have nothing but great things to say. They are perfectly located, walking distance to everything and anything one could possibly need. I have never had any problems and the property manager is great! She is always willing to answer questions and bends over backwards to help. She is by far the best manager this place has had! I highly, highly recommend living here.
