This is a very nice place to live! Johnny and Olga in the office have always been helpful and friendly to me. The grounds are well kept and beautifully landscaped. I love the grill and tables at the pool. It so nice to have friends over for a cookout on the weekends. Inside, I've only had one problem with the dishwasher, but it was fixed the same day. Otherwise the apartment is practically new. I appreciate the washer and dryer in the unit. Noise is pretty minimal. You can't hear anything at all from the neighbors to the side, but occasionally you can hear stuff from above: if something drops, never talking or the tv. No one has ever complained about my surround sound. I have two cars parked in the garage on different levels and have never had any problems with break-ins or creepy people. I like that the garage has a pretty secure entry system and parking spaces are assigned so I don't have to circle the parking lot for a space. The gym is adequate. 3 treadmills, 5 ellipticals, free weights, plenty of weight machines and two new flatscreen tv's.
