There is an element of nastyness and nupsie trend.

Great staff, really, they try very hard. However they are vulnerable to older people who know how to play the game, & they do it aften just to feel some sort of power aside from their motorized wheelchairs. The ammentities are decent, nice pool and very good sun exposure, however some newpsies make living here a little like elementary School, the management team succumbs to the wears of the old tattlers, scoffing tenants, who belong in a mental hospital and or a psychiatric nursing home rather then free to roam in civilian life with the rest of us.

For $2,300 a month (especially in Redwood City), I'd want a *very* quiet and livable space free of anyone whose sound or other annoyance goes beyond the walls of their own apartments. I'm not old (24), but I'd be on the old folks' side, and I'd certainly want management to respond to that sort of thing.
