Had an upper 2/2 unit...It was very quiet and peaceful and was mostly pleasant. The many large windows did mean that it got very hot during the summer months during the daytime. Had a fireplace in the unit, but it was actually right where you'd want the TV to go, so it was a waste. But overall, this was one of the best apartments I've lived in.
