Not worth the money From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/10/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008 1 photo   The apartment is old, not greatly maintained, the quality of people who live here isnt great. they litter the garbate chutes, lift. it has got only one parking and street parking is a fight for space obviously. i can hear fighting neighbours. a couple of packages delivered by usps on our door steps have gone missing. it was cheaply priced earlier but they hve increased the rents by 20% in 2 years. not at all worth the money. the earlier manager (rana jabari) was the rudest person i have met.the present manager maha is better she attends to maintenance support calls immediately. if you have house facing the road(marshall street) you will have noice from the brigstone tyre maintenance guys. if you have house close to the garbage chute you will smell stink all the time. for the rent we pay 1400 for a 1 BR house we expect a gym to be present in apartment. this one doesnt have one , it does not even have a community room. the swimming pool is shared between 2 adjacent properties. over all i do not recommend this at all to anyone. may be it is fit for bachelors who want to share a cheap accomodation
