Hello,
I was a previous tenant at the 1405 Marshall St. apartments and had a positive experience with the manager and staff. I would recommend to rent either at this building or at 1405 Marshall St. The manager has been very helpful, courteous and most importantly, professional in all aspects with the signing in and exiting process for my stay and start at Marymount Towers. Both buildings are kept clean and has a representable appearance for guests and overall are quiet.
