I found Woodside West to be a nice apartment community. The positives? The manager was always very helpful and pleasant. The exterior of the building is well maintained & the interiors are clean and well kept. Two onsite laundry areas made it easy to do laundry. Overall, my experience was a good one. The negatives? The street noise takes some getting used to is putting it nicely, the building is horribly insulated (unbearably hot in the summer and downright freezing in the winter) and I was not informed of the so called carpet cleaning that was supposedly done after each move out, they were not steam cleaned before I moved in (wonder where that money goes') Those surprise deductions from your deposit are always nice (sarcasm obviously intended here).
