30 Day is the Best Part! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/7/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I rented in June and will move out in July - the 30 day guarantee to leave is a life-saver! I agree on the dirty dog smell - and they cover it up with heavy air fresheners when you look at apartments - but when you unplug it, the small is overwhelming - also had many maintenance issues upon move-in - and the hallway and stairway lights have been out since I've moved in...the apartments just don't match the grounds!
