The is one of the worst apartment complex i have ever lived in, the good thing about it is that the rent was cheap. This place is infested with ROACHES, i lived alone and was a very clean tenant, but it did not matter because there were always roaches. The management is the worst, they are slum lords who dont care about the condition of the building. My gargbe disposal was broke for 3 out of the 4 yrs i was there, and they refused to anything about it. I totally agree with the previous comments, the building was filty, smelled like piss and other weird odors. I remember one time i saw a piece of pizza laying on top of a light fixture in one of the hallways for 2 weeks. None of the (so called cleaning crew) did anything about it. I could go on and on but i just want to end this by saying "Kingswood Village Sucks" And the retarded manager sucks the most.
