This place was the cheapest I found when looking in April 2008 that would actually not have an issue w/ my 3 cats, nor charge a pet deposit. I liked the spacious layout and the fact that it was gated entry. The bug problem - true. Didn't have any bugs when I first moved in, but as soon as August hit, the roaches were all over my kitchen. I can fend them off, but I'm sure they will be back. Only 1 gate into the parking lot actually works, the other you can just slide open and closed. Sure it'll keep em from stealing your car, but mine got broken into. My major complaint - It's 100 degrees in late August and the pool is still not open!! Ugh! I never use the elevator because I'm afraid to get stuck, its really creaky. I don't go in the stairwells because its scary and stinky. As far as Sandra and maintenence, I have never had an issue. She's always been kind and handled my broken whatever within a day. Noise level is good during they day. At night, car alarms is the only problem. I guess you get what you pay for.
