This buiolding is a nightmare, there is a bug problem management is inept as much as they are -------s. Building is first and foremost filthy.. there has been a pile of vomit in the stairwell for 3 weeks, construction jobs are started and then left, there has been drywall pieces and dust in all stairwells for over a month. the elevator has a certificate that expired 2 yrs ago, i hvae been stuck severaltimes. There is no security the locks on gates are constantly tampered with and management does nothign to resolve issue. electric gate brakes on the regular and there is no enforcement if someone parks in your spot. the pool is never open and wehn it is your foolish to swim since they never clean it. BUgs on all floors rats on the ground floor. This building would be tolerable if they would only seem to care about issues and implement something to correct. Sandra is the manager and is by far the meanest most vile woman i have met in my life, and her management skills are '0' but im sure she does a great job workng at the home depot. No one should move into this building.
