Its ok - It gets extremely hot in the summer especially on the 2nd floor, the wall units do not cut it! The water is off at least once a week for several hours due to "a leak." Do not get a unit by the alley, people are out there at all hours of the night and voices carry thru the thin windows not to mention all the traffic noise.
