Las Palmas is appropriately priced for what you get. It is neither the worst place to live, nor the best. A good place to be if you plan on being here for just a year or two, then move on. Staff is pleasant, maintenance does the best they can when problems arise, and security is basically your responsiblity! Close to 10 and 210 fwys is a plus, walking distance to shopping and food also good. If you can deal with older appliances, no central air/heat, and the occasion invasion of ants then you can live in Las Palmas Apartments with no problems.
