I don't know what community that the last person lived in, but it is definitely not the community that I have lived in for the past year. I have never had a problem since I have moved in. The office staff is friendly and handles requests in a timely manner.... The maintenance staff is also very efficient. My town home is big and I don't pay an arm and a leg to live here. I just renewed my lease for a second term. I will probably do it again too.
