Meadowland Apartments In Rialto, Ca/Rent at your own risk

As a resident in this complex, I would not recommend living here to anyone. I had no idea what I was getting myself into. The managers and Steadfast management are not at all interested in what is going on in the complex. You feel as though you are under attact at all times. Most of the residents that are moving in now are from Los Angeles, Santa Ana, East Los Angeles and all the projects that do not accept Section 8 certificates. Rialto is one of the cities that is accepting these certificates. Sewage backups are a constant. And you are the one responsible for the cleaning. The drugs taking, drug making, fighting, stealing and unsupervised children are a constant living hell. This was a wonderful place to live when the complex was first built. Different management and a better group of residents. Now you are always on watch to keep your apartment from being broken into and your car from being stolen. Don't rent in this complex if you are a law abiding citizen and do not do drugs or steal because you will not be welcome here and the managers will only stare at you as though you expect them to do something about it.(laughing) They are a lousy group of squatters. Don't call maintenance, you will get someone who does not speak a word of English and factually does not know a thing about screwing in a screw less known all of the other major problems that occur.
