Unless you are use to it, you are in for quite a culture shock if you move here. This place is infested w/ gangs, drugs and I'm sure there has got to be prostitution going on here. Management has done nothing to clean this place up. All they really do is try to avoid the issue. Also, I have never seen such a incompetent maintenance staff. Whenever they do decide to attend to your request, they never get it done right. I have learned to live w/ my air being broken because I know their staff has no idea about how to fix it. I a'm counting down the days til' I move.
