Ok, I've read the reviews and wow. That's about all that I can say.

I've never been a resident at The Meadowland Apartments however, I did in fact, work there in the past as one of the property managers. There was a lot of mixed emotion about me being a young (attractive and successful) blaque man, obviously educated - being on this poor excuse for a property.

Truthfully, I've never seen a more dysfunctional excuse for an apartment complex in all the natural born days of my life!

FLASHBACK: I remember once, while conducting a tour to the model apartment, a homeless man came up to me and asked me for change. What the heck is that'! After walking into the model apartment, the carpet stains are overwhelming, and aside of all of that you can't help but take notice of the "welcome committee" - a group of cockroaches as they stop by to nibble on your toe. (I'm serious about this).

Aside of all that, the residents that are actually trying to live in peace and pay rent seem to me to be misplaced as the vast majority of the property is gang-affiliated and all in all...ghetto!

Once while conducting a re-certification for a resident's apartment, some dumbazz on a motorcycle drove completely through the property via the sidewalks while children were in one of the grassy areas having a picnic. Of course he was evacuated from the premises, but who in their "right mind" would do something that unintelligent'!

The property is managed by Alliance. If you do your homework, you'll see that Alliance is one of the most reputable management companys around. What the hell were they thinking to take this property under their wing(s)''' Were they that desparate for a challenge'

Just as another review stated, the front of the property is somewhat gorgeous, but no sooner than you hit the back, it looks like "The Land Before Time" - lol! There are potholes and potheads,... and due to Fair Housing I was unable to inform the residents/applicants of any of this w/o losing my job - but now I don't work for em' anymore so - what - the - hellll - ever!

Aside of the above, my brand new car got keyed shortly after I'd began working there (along with the other 3 property manager's vehicles as well) - do you know I was informed that this is normal and that I'd get used to it - HELLL NO! I don't think so!

Needless to say, I was forced to resign and move to another property (I'm in Riverside, California now)- from what I gather, the rumor is that I was fired due to fradulent activity - not quite. I left because I have common sense enough to avoid a bad situation before it increases in severity!

My advice to anyone reading this in attempt to move to The Meadowland Apts. in Rialto, California is to please take note of the fact that most properties that involve Section 8 in their application process tend to attract just that type of crowd.

I remember you. I am a soon to be former tenant of this wretched place. I also remember one of the leasing agents telling management about the "friends" (ROACHES) being clustered on the kitchen floor. And the management probably did not want you there because you were BLACK and INTELLIGENT. Fortunately for you, you don't have to deal with the new manager. Griselda is a racist -----. Good luck to you where ever you are and I am soon to be out of here.

Anonymous, While I can't target you personally in attempt to provide a formal apology, please, don't allow it to go unrecognized that I do. Sporatically, you'll see me "crusing" through the premises of "Orchard Heights" just to see what progress (if any at all) has been made. I am dumbfounded to see that things remain close to the same and that the only "physical" change is in that of the property's name. You know what they say; what's done in the dark tends to come to the light eventually. Once again I apologize, and may God bless you in whatever endeavor you decide upon.

Lol, I didn't know that it posted my name; dayum there goes my admission to the Witness Protection! Guess I'm outed now. Well, what can I say? I dibbled and dabbled w/ Fair Housing for a bit. And to be honest, I think I'm just going to be done w/ property management altogether. Folx' is crazy! I'll take that one to the bank & cash in on it---
