These apartments are terrible and the management are just as criminal as the tenants they point fingers at. Where do I begin' First of all, there are plenty of people smoking weed all day/night. Their favorite activity, besides blazing the blunts, is spitting all over the place. It is not uncommon to have your apartment broken into on a regular basis. Over the years, there have been at least 3 attempts to kick down my door. Fortunately, I have it reinforced. At one time, the apartment staff was multi-cultural, but now, thanks to new management and ownership, the staff is all hispanic. Only 1 maintainence member speaks good enough English. The manager, if you can call her that, is RACIST! Yes, racism still exists! Over the last year, the -------/African-American population has dropped by 65%. For you prejudiced people you might like that bit of information, but I must warn, the white tenants have disappeared as well and Asians, Pacific Islanders, etc are now totally non-existent. Security is a joke and will harrass anyone. For you young renters, especially if you are Black, management will locate you next to other young renters so they can evict all of you 3-6 months after living here, claiming you are gang bangers and drug dealers. It is not uncommon for staff to lie against tenants and make false claims in order to evict them. There is never any proof and investigations are always dropped. FAVORITES: Selling drugs, excessive traffic coming in and out, and loud noises. Rumor has it that management is embezzling money collected for late rent, attorney fees, and gate cards. Owner has lien against property. Be careful, especially at night, there has been a lot of random shooting. Summer is coming so stay away from the ignorant crowds. It is not uncommon for police helicopters to fly over these apartments, and this is a favorite place for "COPS", both the TV show and actual law enforcement. I probably will receive some form of retaliation for this, but I'm out of here in a few months, thank God! P.S. If you have a complaint about management, don't bother to ask the staff for the property owner's name or phone number. You will never ever get it.

This is too true. I was sitting home the other day watching tv and COP's came on. Even though I NEVER watch that darn show, it tripped' me out to see Rialto featured on it.
Of course once I got into the show, the apartment community was NONE OTHER than this one! I don't even know why in the hell they decided to change the name.
Talk about waste of time! There ain't no damn hills to make it a community called Orchard Heights. How about Pothead Inn? That rings closer to home.

I can't believe I moved here. I just want out! I'm white and my husbands Mexican. They were treating me like crap for so long then my husband went in one day and since then they treat me better, but not good enough. I think I'm going to move really soon! It's an imbarassment to live here.
