I have lived in this complex for less than two months and should have known off the bat what a piece of $#*!it is!!! Upon calling for quotes I asked the leasing agent what the rental criteria was and her response was EVERYONE is APPROVED. In these two months I have found that the special offered to me was contingent upon paying rent on the 28th of every month (which was not disclosed at either the lease signing nor the initial conversation regarding pricing), the home was infeseted with roaches (which i specifically asked not to be placed in a unit with roaches or thaat had previous tenants with pets)and service requests take two weeks to get addressed. In an emergency situation dont expect an immediate response because tecnically an emergency is classified as whatever the "answering service" deems important despite what California law constitutes as an emergency. Do yourself a favor... avoid the lush landscape and sparkling pool and opt for a decent place to reside!
