I lived at this apartment complex for about two years, and I was not happy. Inspite of the beautiful landscape it was infested with roaches, and the spraying never workered. Forget about using the pantry because all boxes would be filles with eighter ants are roaches especially in back of your refrigerator,even the counter if you happen to need a glass of water at night. The parking was assigned, however, you are always at risk of getting your car towed, even your visitors, they are waiting for you to make a mistake no matter how long you lived their and they know your car you will be towed. The large black truck goes through the parking area at night,the truck is waiting to tow. Also, the rent changes every month and the cable with your rent is a rip off!!!!!, avoid this place if at all posible but if not I warned you. All of my neighbors at the time complained these hard working people no longer live their. Dont be fooled by the beauty its not worth it in the end.

Where were you living? I've been here since December 2008 and haven't experienced any of the problems you've mentioned, and I do mean any. Never had an infestation of bugs in the pantry or anywhere else, my guests have parked inside before and never been towed, my vehicle has never been towed, I've rarely seen a tow truck in our complex and the times I did I never saw a vehicle attached to it, my rent has never changed and I've been here seven months. Interesting how someone can post something to bring a complex down and hasnt been a resident since the year before...took a long time to write a review about a place you couldn't stand! If ANY of the problems mentioned are true, they've been corrected prior to my move-in in December 08. Only thing to be mindful of is the cable isn't Time Warner...it's a cable company the complex owns/operates with select channels. There are over 40 something channels and with the economy being the way it is, I can deal with 40 something channels for free! If anyone wants to REALLY know what the Quailpointes are like, you're welcome to write me. I can fill you in with the most accurate info on the complex...great place to stay! (AND no, I'm not the landlord or a leasing agent...I actually do live here and pay rent like everyone else).
