"Close to shops" - all of the shops, restaurants and grocery stores nearby are horrible. I try to travel to Marin to eat or buy groceries.

The pools are always overcrowded, the security guards are a joke.

The food sucks, it takes at least a ? hour to get to the store even though it is right across the freeway. I have given up on going anywhere within a 10 mile radius of the apartment as far as dining is concerned. No one in Richmond seems to know what customer service is. The mall seems to only consist of stores for shoes and baby clothes. The maintenance response has been horrible and when we had to call a plumber because there was a leak it took them about a week just to find where the leak was. It should be a requirement to have air conditioning in the units it gets so hot there.

Don?t forget about the bi-monthly alarms that go off during the day ? they are tests for when and if any of the nearby refineries blow up. Who knows what toxins are in the air we breathe there ? right across the way from the refineries and also the nearby sanitation landfill.

Who can forget the history behind the quaint town we live ? why just a month ago they pulled Laci Peterson from the beautiful waterways near this apartment complex.
