I completely agree with previous coments regarding this apartment complex. 2 bedroom apartments are nice, but noisy neighbors can be an issue (and more "free rent"/"worker" neighbors mean more noise and seemingly dubious activities). In general, people are not friendly (they look at you oddly when you just say, "hello!"). Also, there is NO attempt to upgrade apartments (appliances, carpets, decks, etc...) for long term tenants, so make certain that you rent a newly refitted unit, and don?t plan to stay too many years. And, do NOT assume that a 2 bedroom apartment entitles you to 2 reserved parking spaces--it does not!
On the plus side, last rent increase was low, even with switch from water and trash included to separate billing. 2 bedroom apartments are large for the money. Stores are close by.
