I understand your frustration, but you sound racist and ignorant with all of your racist and ignorant comments. I'm not a renter at Hilltop bayview, but it's haters like you that make me not want to live there! So what if security was socializing! Do you have nothing better to do than drive around and look for them' What is that about' Stocker!
I have been there to visit a few times and I was always greeted in a friendly manner, BY SECURITY. I have heard the loud dogs barking, but no loud "bebe's kids". And I definitely don't listen for Maria, Hector, KiKi,John, James, Hebrew, or Matthews domestic violence situations.
Not everyone who lives there is low income, because the people I visit aren't, and I know some people who was turned away and had to move to San Marcos with there little apartments.
So I hope you do enjoy San Marcos because Hilltop Bayview don't need haters and troublemakers like you there.
